YES is procuring construction services for a renovation project using the Competitive Proposal method under Uniform Guidance. Proposals will be solicited from an adequate number of qualified sources and publicly advertised. Award will be made to the firm whose proposal is most advantageous to YES, considering price and other evaluation factors identified in this Request for Proposal (RFP).
