Safe Place
Safe Place is a national program that helps young people quickly find safety during a crisis.
Across the Omaha metro, participating businesses and community locations display the yellow Safe Place sign (pictured), signaling that help is available. When a young person enters a Safe Place location and tells a staff member they need help, that staff member connects them with trained professionals who can provide immediate support.
If you are a young person in need of immediate assistance, you can find help by:
Texting "SAFE" and your current location (Street Address, City, State) to 4HELP (44357).
OR
Calling 402.578.SAFE (402.578.7233).
Housing Program
YES offers supported housing for youth and young adults who need a safe place to stay while working toward long-term stability. Through structured housing and personalized case management, young people can focus on education, employment, and building the life skills needed for independent living.
Our housing program are designed to meet youth where they are—providing stability, guidance, and support as they move from crisis toward independence.
